Performance management is an ongoing process of communication between a supervisor and an employee that occurs throughout the year, in support of accomplishing the strategic objectives of the organization. We have created resources to assist you with the OSU performance management process.
- STAY INTERVIEWS
Stay interviews are a proactive approach to employee retention. These informal conversations between employees and their supervisors are designed to identify why employees stay with OSU and to gather insights into their job satisfaction and growth opportunities. The supervisor's role is to actively listen to responses and use the insights gained from these conversations to implement changes that can positively impact employee engagement and retention.
