Jeff H. Roberts is a proud alumnus of Oklahoma State University, and he brings with him over 20 years of experience managing financial and business operations. He is delighted to be partnering with his beloved alma mater as part of the OSU Talent Development Program offerings.
Jeff is happy to bring with him not one but two programs:
- Growth Coach Insights – People and Team Development, Communication, Strategic Planning and other areas of focus including The Strategic Mindset® process.
- Hilton Insight Solutions – Executive Coaching and Leadership Development
He is aware that accelerating development is not constant across the board, some are faster, some want to propel independently. With this notion and conscious of OSU’s young leadership team, Jeff and his team do not bring to the engagement a cookie-cutter program, but a cohesion of dynamic interactive platforms where one can find a gamut of resources, materials and instruments to serve the tech-savvy individuals and this is intertwined with a highly relational approach to coaching that first identifies the need and then facilitates the movement and growth of the individual and team toward their vision, goals, and aspirations. It is a wonderful, fulfilling, and exciting process and bringing this to OSU is like coming home and giving back to the university the generosity given to him during his stay in college.

How it works
- Review information and make your selection.
- Coordinate and confirm the date and time with your selected speaker.
- Complete the form Speaker Payment Acknowledgement Form for billing.
- Host your event.
- Notify osu-trng@okstate.edu after the event.
- Talent Development & Recruitment will issue payment to the speaker.
