About:

Janet Fultz, NCC, MS, LPC is a Nationally Board Certified, Licensed Professional Counselor, and State Approved Clinical Supervisor. She has over 35 years’ experience in accounting, human resources, project management, training, program design, grant writing, counseling and as Executive Director of a non-profit organization. Fultz has secured over 30 million dollars in grant funds that she has written and increased her most recent employer’s budget from $570,000 annually in 2007 to over $2.2 million dollars in 2021, leading organizations to multiple awards, outstanding outcomes and certifications, and solid state-wide reputations as outstanding, effective, ethical organizations as well as providing advocacy and lobbying outcomes.

 

Ms. Freeny holds a BA in Sociology, a MS in Adult Education and a MS in Non-Profit Management. Ms. Freeny is currently the Prevention Programs/Public Relations Director at Payne County Youth Services, where she has served in various capacities for over 17 years.  Ms. Freeny has extensive experience in Adult Education in various capacities of staff development, community education and development and providing specific evidence-based curriculum training to community organizations, businesses, and school systems.

  3. Complete the form Speaker Payment Acknowledgement Form for billing.
  4. Host your event.
  5. Notify osu-trng@okstate.edu after the event.
  6. Talent Development & Recruitment will issue payment to the speaker.
