Join us for Staff Development Day!

Thursday, March 13
Spend your day stretching your skills by participating in two of three sessions on resilience, prioritization and social awareness. This professional development opportunity will challenge you to think outside of the box to learn new things to be the best you can be in your personal and professional life. 
Lunch registration will be prompted following session registration in the Learning Management System. Lunch will be provided for session registrants only.

All OSU staff are invited to join us for two of the three available sessions and lunch. Session registration is required to attend lunch.

When

Thursday, March 13. Check-in will begin 30 minutes prior to the session start time. Sessions will be available 10-11:30 a.m. and 1:30-3 p.m.

This interactive session is designed to help participants identify and define their personal and organizational values, fostering alignment with your organization’s mission. This dynamic session focuses on building resilience and managing stress effectively to enhance personal and professional performance. The Power of Social Intelligence: Building Stronger Connections at Work

This session aims to enhance participants’ ability to understand and navigate group dynamics while fostering empathy and collaboration.
