Oklahoma State University uses PeopleAdmin as the online tool for creating and managing position descriptions.
University Human Resources is pleased to announce the launch of the newest version of the PeopleAdmin platform – 7.0. With a modern interface, intuitive workflow navigation, and Single Sign-On ability, the 7.0 version will aid users in creating a position, modifying an existing position, and submitting a position for reclassification or retitling.

Users can access the 7.0 PeopleAdmin portal here with their O-Key log in (email address and password).
New User Access Request

How to Review and/or Approve an Action
An important part of the PeopleAdmin position process is the approval workflow. Employees who have been designated as an approver must review the action and initiate next steps for the process to be moved through the required workflow and review process.

As an approver, you must review and take action on a new position or modified submission.
