Blue Cross Blue Shield Spam Messages

Due to a technical error within their communication portal, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) inadvertently sent erroneous emails regarding claim notifications. The communications do not include any personal or health information. We have been in contact with BCBS and these messages can be safely deleted. They are working diligently to fix the system error. BCBS and OSU apologize for any concern or inconvenience this has caused.
