Authorization to Fill Form No Longer Required

To expedite the posting process, Talent Development and Recruitment is pleased to announce effective Nov. 20, 2023, the Staff Authorization to Fill is no longer required to post positions to the OSU job site.
Departments may choose to continue to use the Staff Authorization to Fill for internal approval processes, however, Talent Recruitment no longer needs the form.
Faculty Authorization to Fill Forms will continue to be utilized.
