Who
All OSU staff are invited to join us for one session and lunch. Session registration is required to attend lunch.
What
We're excited to offer this year's course in both a morning and afternoon session. These sessions are identical. Please only register for one.
When
Tuesday, March 24. Check-in will begin 30 minutes prior to the session start time. Sessions will be available 10-11:30 a.m. and 1:30-3 p.m.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I attend lunch if I don't attend one of the presentations?
No. Lunch is limited to those participating in the Staff Development Day programming.
- Is there parking available on site?There is some staff parking available around the Wes Watkins Center. Parking passes will not be provided for the event. Please review the university's parking map for more details.
- I registered for the event but now I have a conflict. Can I withdraw?
The withdrawal deadline is March 17. Any withdrawal after this date—or failure to attend the registered time slot without prior notice to osu-trng@okstate.edu—will result in a $10 fee charged to your bursar account after the event.
- I have dietary restrictions. Who should I contact about lunch accommodations?

- Is there a deadline to register?
Yes. Event registration will close on Tuesday, March 17. Lunch registrations may not be guaranteed after Tuesday, March 10.
- There are two sessions. Should I register for both?No. Please only register for one of the Staff Development Day sessions. The presentation will be identical for both sessions, and only choosing one will ensure other staff members have the opportunity to attend. If you need to change your session registration, you must withdraw from the session you chose and book into the new one.
- How do I check in on the day of the event?Day-of event details will be shared via email a few days prior to the event. Watch your email for more information.
