If you are a new benefits-eligible employee with a continuous, regular appointment of at least six months and work at least 75% time, you are invited to attend Orientation & Benefit Enrollment within 30 days of hire. To be eligible for all benefit options, enrollment must be within the first 30 days of hire. Early enrollment helps ensure that premiums are deducted from your check in a timely manner. Many departments coordinate with their new employees to assist with the scheduling process, but it is to your advantage to ensure that you are enrolled early.

Orientation & Benefit Enrollment is approximately four hours and includes information on OSU history, University Human Resources, Wellness services, Sustainability, OSU Benefit programs, and so much more! Please see the dates and times below along with the registration form.

Orientation & Benefit Enrollment session locations are determined by the class size. All dates, times and locations are subject to change. Due to class sizes, locations will vary. You will receive location information upon registration. Employees must be pre-registered for Orientation & Benefit Enrollment due to limited space.
