• Coverage for repatriation if you are hospitalized more than 100 miles from home. Arranging and paying for you to be transported to a hospital closer to your place of residence.

• Covered by any emergent air and ground ambulance provider anywhere in all 50 United States and Canada.

• Dependents up to 26 years of age may be included on your membership

• MASA works on our Members Behalf to help resolve emergency transport bills to a ZERO Balance

• MASA is proud to say that since 1974 we have never had a emergency transport bill that we were unable to resolve.

• Additionally MASA provides Repatriation if more then 100 Miles from home which is non emergency return transportation to a medical facility close to home coordinated by MASA Transport Team so that our Members can recover close to family and friends.

Enrollment

• Enrollment is open to you upon initial enrollment or during the annual enrollment period.
• Once your enrollment is processed, MASA will send you a request to add your household dependents to your plan.
• MASA cards will be issued to your household.
