The vision insurance provider through Oklahoma State University is Vision Service Plan (VSP). When visiting your in-network provider, you can expect the following costs for your visit or other vision-related services as detailed in the below chart. Every calendar year, your benefit is contacts OR glasses, not both.

ID Card

You will not receive and ID card on this plan. Doctors verify your coverage via your Social Security number.
